This extra dry  Baco Noir has intense, dark black berry, black cherry and currant flavours. It is deep, inky purple in colour, and has rich, full flavours, berry aromas and a soft, smooth, fruity finish. 
Pair with lamb, pork, pasta, firm cheese, and chocolate especially dark chocolate.
