The winter of 2015 sure was a cold one, so we took the opporutunity to create our Vidal Ice 2015 vintage. Harvested and pressed at -8 degrees celcius, it may have been ice cold when it was picked but this dessert wine will surely warm your heart.
This is a wine with an intense but beautiful golden hue, that welcomes you with its apricot aromas. On the palate this wine will greet you with apricot before giving way to grapefruit and citrus. And while this is surprisingly crisp wine with a rather brief aftertaste, it leaves behind a lingering sweetness.
