Beaujolais 2025
We are pleased to release our second Beaujolais vintage. A lot goes into this style of winemaking. The grapes must be high quality and hand picked so that the bunch remains intact. This is because the grape bunch is fermented as a whole bunch in a style known as carbonic maceration. This technique converts the malic acid into alcohol using enzymes already present in the grape. This produces a wine which is softer, more fruit forward with unique flavours not seen in typical winemaking. This is dry, medium-bodied and satin smooth. Supple tannins. This is one of the world's most food friendly wines.
